In honor of the African Union 2021 agenda for African Renaissance with the accent on Africa’s Cultural, Arts, and Heritage revival, on June 7th, 2021 a Protocol of Agreement was signed with the Mai Ndombe Province and the African Kingdoms Federation represented by the Queen of Sheba and the Crown Imperial House Foundation-CIHF, the legal person of the African Kingdoms Federation of Nubia-Sheba descendent Kingdoms.

That Protocol Of Agreement includes a massive development agenda for that Kingdom's Mother Throne Queendom African Kingdoms Capital realm, its Province, and the Congo DRC 21 Provinces. This, is the start of a continental development agenda in line with the African Union-AU 2021 agenda for development, over the next 40 years, by the Crown Of Sheba Central Bank, the Queen of Sheba Investments Authority-QSIA, and its international banking alliance.

On 19th June 2021, by decree of the Government and Governor of Mai-Ndombe Province in Congo DRC, as a follow-up of the June 7th Protocol of Agreement. DECREES NO 132/CAB/PROGOUV/M-ND/PMB/ KN/19/2021 and PROVINCIAL DECREE NO 030/CAB/PROGOU/M-ND/PMB/ 2021 also of 19 JUNE 2021, of The Governor of Mai Ndombe H.E Ir. Paul Mputu Boleilanga. The newly recognized African Renaissance Kingdom of the Protocol was officially established under the Throne of the African continent's ancestral Mother Throne of Thrones of the Queen of Sheba, present-day descendent ruling throne of Sheba throne was formed.

Joining the Kingdom of Morocco, the Kingdom of Lesotho, and the Kingdom of Eswatini all Patriarchal Kingdoms Thrones, as the African Continents and South Kingdoms' first Matriarchal Throne and Queendom since the Continents ancestral Mother Throne rule in ancient history, of the Queen of Sheba, the ancestral ruling Queendom of Africa.

On August 21.2021 the present ruling Queen of Sheba formally decreed Imperial Decree NO 01-2021/HIM777/Imp.QoS/Decree-8.21.2021 the new monarchy's official name as the ‘’Imperial Queendom of Sheba’’ and its Capital ‘’Imperia’’ as Crown territory. So named in honor of the ancestral Imperial Matriarchal Empire original reference name meaning, in honor of the African Union 2021 agenda for African Renaissance with the accent on Africa’s Cultural, Arts and Heritage revival, and with the inclusion of the African Diaspora that is an integral part of the Throne of Thrones representation.

The public inauguration ceremony by the Federation Royal Government is planned after the Crown Government infrastructure is put in place.

On August 22, 2020, the Imperial Decree for the Imperial Queendom Investment Authority was signed by the Queen of Sheba the Head of State of the Queendom Crown Government, to implement the development investment needs in line, with the AU support, with the Crown of Sheba Central Bank that was established by the 2021 CSCB Act, and the Queendom of Sheba Investment Authority-QSIA by decree thereafter of the Queendom Head of State and ruler, the Queen of Sheba.

The Imperial Queendom of Sheba Central Bank is the Crown of Sheba Central Bank-CSCB, and its currency is the Crown LUMIRA QSL and AKL, which is backed by natural resources and solar energy.

CSCB was formed by IMPERIAL ACT NO. 21147-1 as THE NEW CROWN OF SHEBA CENTRAL BANK ACT in 2021 and thereafter the Queendom Of Sheba Investment Authority-QSIA towards the African Continent Development Investment agenda, in unity with the ECODAS-Economic Community of Diaspora African States and the AU Nations African Diaspora.
The REGION
The Region
The planned Capital of the African Continent African Kingdoms Federation is to be established nestled within Mia Ndombe 127,243 km2 of rich nature lands, a population of approximately 2 million people, and both animals and natural resources in its territories of land, rivers, and lakes. Mai-Ndombe is home to 10 million hectares of forest and is the world’s largest wetland. The natural resources alongside massive agricultural lands provide at present food for both Kinshasa with over 14 Million Population and the neighboring country Congo Brazzaville.

The Queendom Agenda
The African Continent's ancestral Nubian nation mother Queendom of Sheba Monarch was in DRC from 2021 to 2023 wit focus on the agenda in Mai Ndombe Province Congo DRC. As of September 2021, the Queendom NGO the Crown Imperial House Foundation-CIHF is responsible for the development support of the entire 21 Provinces of Congo DRC. And, in extension the support of the African Union Nations agenda of the AU Presidency Panel agenda through its CIHF-Crown Imperial House Foundation, towards the African Union 2021 African Renaissance agenda and 2063 agenda of the African Union.
The conservation of the environment, the 10 million hectares of forest, and wetlands, and the people of the land sustainable development projects for the region are the Queendom focus to see realized. Working in unity with the community of the land to achieve that goal and its process duplication in accordance to need, nationwide.

The region has five rivers, which include the world's second-largest river, the Congo River, passing through it, and the Lake Mai Ndombe with its black waters and white sands from which the province has its name.

The Province’s rivers are a huge potential for Hydro-Power generation along with Solar-Energy. In addition, current water usage is minuscule, i.e., of the 1.28 billion cubic meters of annually renewable water only 0.05% is being used, 62% for municipal use, and 18% for agriculture.
We are more than covered for agriculture and human needs, as informed by the Queendom Government Executive Crown Minister for Production.

Alongside Solar energy, which all in all supports the Queendom Crown of Sheba Central Bank-CSCB currency stability and value, and agenda to develop the Congo DRC 26 Provinces total infrastructure over the next 40 years.
The Queendom is formally as well the home capital of the African Continent Royal Kingdoms of the Federation, also facilitating the Queen Mother of Africa the Queen of Sheba, Empress of the Nubia-Sheba Royal Kingdoms Nations of the African Continent led African Kingdoms Federation.
The Queen of the Imperial Queendom of Sheba, the Queen of Sheba has integrated into the Queendom Government a Ministerial Office of the African Kingdoms Federation, ECODAS 2021 acknowledged African descendants of the Transatlantic Diaspora present-day National Nations and home Nations, globally.
The Queendom Government Ministry also includes the African Diaspora Ministry of the AU 2003 recognized by the Economic Community of the African Diaspora. For clarity on the difference, the African Union the Economic Region, means the migrated Africans and or African passport holders and or African Continent present-day Nations.
Africa's people naturalized to foreign citizenship living outside of the African Continent, with parents or family members back home in Africa, and as Africans in the Diaspora contributing to the building and economics in Africa by the resources sent home to Africa, and investments made in their home community in Africa, be it for family or self-interest, that contributes to the Continent’s development.
This category includes those that are friends of Africa or see themselves in that category of Africans. It is not specifically at all mean the transatlantic Diaspora as a recognized Nation, or State. Which was now put in place in 2021 with ECODAS as coined by the Queen at the June 7th meeting with the African Union Presidential Panel in Kinshasa.
The ECODAS community CARICOM – Africa process is started by the CARICOM Governments to closer integrate with Africa, will greatly strengthen the transatlantic Diaspora nation’s economic and social integration with Africa, in line with the Culture, Arts and, Heritage agenda. CARICOM has now expanded its representation into Africa, in the country of Kenya.
Simultaneously, the Queen of Sheba with the newly established Queendom of the Southern territories, is one of Africa's newly positioned Heads of States of an autonomous State, as a member of the BOTH 2003 referred to African Diaspora families and 2021 referred to Transatlantic Diaspora; strategically positioned the ECODAS to be based in the Queendom in Congo DRC, in honor of the African Union 2021, in the 21st coronation year of the Throne and agenda of the throne for African Renaissance.
An agenda that, with nothing short of divine Providence, saw in CONGO DRC the recognition specifically of the Transatlantic Diaspora and the Slave Route in Congo DRC recognition, alongside the African Diaspora of the 2003 African Union recognition, that was, in fact, finally defined during 2005-2010 deliberations by CIDO.
The Queendom Government includes planning for a special Queendom City in the Queendom capital Imperia, as the African Continent Capital of the African Kingdoms Federation member Nations Kingdoms and the Parliamentary Headquarters.
The Capital will also house the Official Headquarters of the Diaspora ECODAS-Economic Community Of Diaspora African States (national states) and the Royal Family respective Nations Community of the Imperial Queendom of Sheba, Crown Family of the ruling 7th House the Sovereign Imperial House of Sheba of the 7th Throne, 7th Dynasty, Sovereign Imperial House of 'Ra (Kasambu'Ra) Family.
